Refund Policy

At NovaCorps, we value your trust and satisfaction. If you’re not fully satisfied with a service, we’re here to help — within fair and reasonable terms.

One-Time Services: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to qualify for a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before, we may offer a partial refund depending on the situation.

Ongoing PlansFor recurring services (e.g., monthly plans), cancellations must be requested before the next billing cycle. Refunds will not be issued for the current month once work has begun.

Custom Projects: Custom or milestone-based projects (like bulk inbox organization or multi-platform support) may require a non-refundable deposit. Final refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

How to Request a Refund: Email us at novacorps.agency@gmail.com with your name, service booked, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
