Refund Policy
At NovaCorps, we value your trust and satisfaction. If you’re not fully satisfied with a service, we’re here to help — within fair and reasonable terms.
One-Time Services: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to qualify for a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before, we may offer a partial refund depending on the situation.
Ongoing Plans: For recurring services (e.g., monthly plans), cancellations must be requested before the next billing cycle. Refunds will not be issued for the current month once work has begun.
Custom Projects: Custom or milestone-based projects (like bulk inbox organization or multi-platform support) may require a non-refundable deposit. Final refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request a Refund: Email us at novacorps.agency@gmail.com with your name, service booked, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
