  •  1. Services Provided NovaCorps offers remote administrative support services including (but not limited to) email management, travel planning, calendar scheduling, and social media support. All services are delivered virtually.​

  • 2. Payment Terms is required upfront via the site’s booking platform. All transactions are secure. Custom projects may require a deposit or milestone payments.

  • 3. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled service. Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis. For full refund guidelines, please refer to our [Refund Policy].

 

  • 4. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and access to necessary platforms. NovaCorps is not liable for delays caused by missing or incorrect information.

 

  • 5. Confidentiality All client data is handled with care. While NovaCorps uses secure tools, we recommend avoiding the transmission of highly sensitive information.

 

  • 6. Limitation of Liability NovaCorps is not liable for any losses resulting from client misuse, third-party platform errors, or failure to implement provided recommendations.

 

  • 7. Modifications These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of NovaCorps services indicates acceptance of the latest terms.
